PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance of a multiblade fan. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 17a and an impeller 17b of the multiblade fan 17 are independently constituted, and a recessed part 17d of the impeller 17b is fitted to a projecting part 17e of the rotating shaft 17a from an axial direction. A casing 16 is provided with an opening part 16a for sucking cooling air, and a cover 5A facing the opening part 16a is constituted to be openable/ closable.
