PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing a deformation capable of accurately analyzing the warp deformation of a component after the component is removed from a mold while a finite element model used in a fluidity analysis is used. SOLUTION: The method for analyzing the warp deformation comprises the step of forming the finite element model in combination of a triangular shape primary element 31 in which vertexes of a triangle as main nodes 30 in an injection molding simulation for predicting the molding process of injection molding by using a computer (S1), the step of conducting the fluidity analysis (S2), the step of adding at least one new node 40 on the side of the triangle at each triangular shape primary element 31 for constituting the finite element model used for the fluidity analysis (S3), the step of using the new finite element model in which the fluidity analysis result obtained in the step of conducting the analysis and the new node 40 is added (S4, 5), and the step of conducting the warp deformation analysis (S6).
