PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a non-magnetic or thin long sheet-like worked member. SOLUTION: This tool is provided with a base part having a worked-member receiving part for receiving the long sheet-like worked member movably along a longitudinal direction, and fixed to a table of a grinder, and at least two pins for pressing the long sheet-like worked member to the worked-member receiving part, and held in the base part.
