PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having a smoke removing function and quickly and surely extinguishing a fire in the cooker relative to the heating operation at the time of the ignition in the cooker. SOLUTION: This heating cooker is provided with heating means (an upper heater 2 and a lower heater 3) heating inside the cooker 1, a smoke removing fan 13, and ignition detecting means 23, when detecting the ignition in the cooker 1 based on a signal inputted from a temperature sensor 16 for detecting the temperature inside the cooker 1, which can suppress the energization to the heating means 2 and 3 and the smoke removing fan 13 to suppress the air flow in the ignition in the cooker 1, and quickly and surely extinguish the fire in the cooker 1.
