<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an immortalized human cell strain capable of being used as an in vitro cell model and obtain the cell and the cell line by using the method. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing the human cell strain comprises the following processes: a) a process for immortalizing predetermined histological undifferentiated human cells or precursor cells by using an immortalizing agent, here, the immortalizing agent includes a control means or is connected with the same and the undifferentiated cells, or the precursor cells are finished to be immortalized and differentiated by activation of the control means; b) a process for culturing the immortalized cells; c) a process for activating the control means to finish the immortalization and activate the differentiation and d) a process for differentiating the cells to generate completely differentiated predetermined histological cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
