PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating resin composition highly adhesive to polyolefin base materials or the like and stable in the form of a solution for a long period. SOLUTION: A hydroxy-containing conjugated diene polymer or hydroxy- containing conjugated diene/vinyl monomer copolymer with the double bonds hydrogenated at≥98%, also chlorinated at 1-30 wt.%, is provided. This coating resin composition comprises the polymer and a hydrocarbon solvent. Laminates are obtained by laminating a polyolefin base material with the coating resin composition.
