PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cure a tip face of a saw blade even by a simple resin applying method. SOLUTION: A plank P is foldedly overlapped using a saw-blade-like cut line 1 and a nick 3a of teeth 3 as a boundary, and a curable resin R is applied onto an exposed portion under the condition where both cut faces 1a, 1b of the saw-blade-like cut line 1 are exposed respectively in different levels, so as to permeate the resin R into the whole of the cut faces 1a, 1b of saw-blade- like cut line 1.
