The present invention relates to an implant providing osseous anchorage, for example in a vertebra for anchoring an osteosynthesis device. This implant comprises a fixation head capable of receiving a bar linking a plurality of implants in different angular positions. This osseous anchoring implant comprises fixation means capable of receiving and fixing at least one bar, in particular of osteosynthesis, characterized in that these fixation means comprise at least one element enabling, prior to the blocking of the fixation, a determined clearance in rotation around at least one first axis not parallel to the longitudinal axis of the bar. The fixation head is moving relative to the osseous anchoring part according to an articulation enabling freedom in rotation around at least two axes mot merged with the longitudinal axis of the bar, so that the implant may also enable a clearance in rotation around at least two axes not parallel one to another, constituting a tilting of the head relative to the anchorage axis, and a rotation of the head around this axis. The movements are then blocked by the clamping of the fixation means. |
