PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive the wheel axis of a vehicle also by an electric power converted from the generated power of its prime engine thereinto, by attaching to its first and second rotors a permanent magnet and a winding respectively to configure a magnetic circuit, and by feeding or receiving an electric power to or from the winding of its second rotor via a slip ring. SOLUTION: A rotary speed adjusting portion 1200 and a torque adjusting portion 1400 which configure two rotary electric machines are provided concentrically as a rotatable duplex structure, and to first and second rotors 1010, 1020, a permanent magnet and a winding are attached respectively to configure a magnetic circuit. Then, electric power feeding or receiving is performed to or from the winding of the second rotor 1020 via a slip ring 1060. Thereby, the wheel axis of a vehicle can be driven also by an electric power converted from the generated power of its prime engine thereinto. |
