PURPOSE:To provide a method and device for the coil winding of an involute winding coil whose reliability is improved without sacrificing a coil retention function and a heat conduction function by maintaining the roundness of the coil outer-periphery surface by greatly deforming the periphery direction of coil only once and adhering the coil to the inner-periphery surface of a cylinder stably and smoothly. CONSTITUTION:The title device of an involute winding coil 11 is installed at a trestle 10 and is provided with an inner cylinder 12 where a coil-winding part 14 for involute-winding a coil 13 is formed inside and a coil winding mechanism 18 which can be rotated and at the same time raised and lowered for feeding the coil 13 to the coil-winding part 14 of the cylinder 12. Then, the coil winding mechanism 18 is provided with a feeding roller means 35 with a feeding roller train 40 for driving a motor which holds the coil 13 and then pushes it in the circumferential direction at upper and lower parts and a press roller means 36 for pressing the coil 13 which is wound around the coil-winding part 14 of the cylinder 12 and then the own weight of the coil winding mechanism 18 is operated on the coil 13 wound around the coil-winding part 14 of the cylinder 12. |
