SUBSTANCE: device has electromagnetic generator mechanically connected with hydraulic turbine, control unit, unit for measurement of bottomhole parameters and unit for bottomhole information transmission whose output is connected with transmitting antenna. Device has electronic switch, electric battery and power self-contained memory unit. Electric battery is connected to the first input of electronic switch whose second input is connected to the first output of control unit whose first input and the first inputs of power self-contained memory unit and unit of measurement of bottom-hole parameters are connected to output of electronic switch. The second input of control unit is connected with self-contained memory unit with possible recording of data. The third input of control unit and inputs of unit for measuring of bottom-hole information are connected to output of electromagnetic generator. The first and second information outputs of unit for measurement of bottomhole parameters are connected with information inputs of control unit and unit for transmission of bottomhole information, respectively.
