SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing of nitrogen-containing component, acid and formaldehyde-containing compound; used as nitrogen-containing compounds are primary aliphatic amines of NH2R formula or mixture of primary and secondary aliphatic amines of NHR2 formula, where R is alkyl with number of carbon atoms of C8-C20 or isoalkyl amines containing branched structure of amines of C8-C20 fraction; non-ionogenic surfactant; before mixing, nitrogen-containing compounds is subjected to interaction with acid solution.
