PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for imparting shrink resistance to keratin fiber- including textile products without adverse effect on the flexibility of the fiber products. SOLUTION: The keratin fiber-including textile products are impregnated with a liquid prepared by mixing (A) an isocyanate prepolymer bisulfite salt solution with (B) a silicone acrylic resin emulsion bearing at least one functional group selected from hydroxy, amino and carboxy groups and treated with heat. The most optimal silicone acrylic resin is obtained by emulsion polymerization of a monomer mixture of (a) a vinyl-polymerizable compound bearing at least one of functional groups selected from hydrosyl, amino and carboxy groups, (b) an alkyl(meth)acrylates (wherein the alkyl means a 1-4C alkyl) and (c) an organopolysiloxanes bearing a (meth)acryloxy group.
