PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free talking device in which a stable talk is enabled without trouble for connecting the hands-free talking device and a portable telephone set. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a main body 10 of the device having terminal supporting stand parts 25A and 25B for freely attachably and detachably supporting a portable communication terminal 1 and incorporating an audio signal amplifier circuit, internal speaker 20 incorporated in this main body 10 of the device to face a transmitting port 8 when the portable communication terminal 1 is supported on the terminal supporting stand parts 25A and 25B, internal microphone 21 similarly incorporated in the main body 10 of the device to face a receiving port 7 when the portable communication terminal 1 is supported by the terminal supporting stand parts 25A and 25B, external microphone 15 provided outside the main body 1 of the device and connected through the audio signal amplifier circuit 12 to the internal speaker 20, and external speaker 14 similarly provided outside the main body 10 of the device and connected through the audio signal amplifier circuit 12 to the internal microphone 21.
