PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving picture processing method that can allow a user to properly confirm which effect is produced on a moving picture when applying an image processing to the moving picture. SOLUTION: In the moving picture processing method, a user is made to select one frame among frames configuring a received moving picture and the user is made to select a kind of the image processing applied to the moving picture. Then, it is decided that whether the image processing is applied only to the selected frame or to a frame group including the selected frame on the basis of the kind of the image processing.
