PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of connection timing between data having been recorded and additionally recorded data when the interrupted recording of data to an optical disk is restarted. SOLUTION: The data having been recorded on the optical disk and additionally recorded data are both reproduced together and after analog processing, extracted reproduced data and the synchronization signal of the reproduced data are inputted to a synchronization signal phase measurement part 7. The synchronization signal phase measurement part 7 generates a recorded data held phase synchronization signal holding the synchronization signal of the recorded data and measures the phase difference between the recorded data held phase synchronization signal and the synchronization signal of the reproduced data.
