PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illicit removal prevention system capable of distinguishing a customer innocently removing a commodity by mistake from an evil customer removing a commodity intentionally, preventing a mix-up between them. SOLUTION: This illicit removal prevention system is provided with a shop side detection means (excluding a human) arranged in an exit for detecting a tag, which is attached to the commodity for showing validity of removal of the commodity to the outside of a shop, without any contact, a notifying means connected to the shop side detection means for notifying the fact of illicit removal to the customer removing the commodity upon detection of the tag without any validity, an exit side detection means (excluding a human) installed on the exit side beyond the shop side detection means and the notifying means for detecting the tag without any validity, and an informing means connected to the exit side detection means for informing the fact to an illicit removal administration concerned person when the tag without any validity is detected.
