PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a computer which is incapable of peer-to-peer connection that it requires many works for log-in of a relay computer or file transfer when performing a remote control or file transfer. SOLUTION: In this network, a computer system provided with a client device 1 operated on an operation computer and having a socket communication function and a remote control function or file transfer control function, and a relay and server device 2 operated on a relay or remote computer and having the socket communication function, the command control function or file input and output control function to the own computer, and the socket communication function to another computer is connected thereto. The relay and server device 2 operated on the relay computer is made to play only the relay role of socket communication to perform the remote control or file transfer from the client device 1 of the operation computer to the relay and server device 3 of the remote computer.
