The assembly includes a medium tension/low tension transformer (3) and a medium tension board (4), this board having actuating units, such as connection switches and cutouts, with a control assembly mechanically actuating these actuators and connectors (16,17) to an electric network. The board and the transformer are associated, one with the other, along a chosen geometric relationship, of the superposition or juxtaposition type, with reduction units (21,21a,21b,22) for thermally transferring generated heat, inserted between the transformer and the board.
