<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set an estimated price which is not considerably higher than the purchase suggested price of a customer or the estimated price according to the degree of purchase intention of the customer when the sales subject to sell a car sets the estimated price in a case where the estimated price of the car is presented on-line to the customer. <P>SOLUTION: The access history information database 34 to store the access history information when the customer makes an access on line for selecting the specification or requesting the estimate of a car is provided for each customer.
