<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road marking paint which maintains the visibility of a road marking material, and can reduce the nitrogen oxide concentration in the air, without impairing the coating film performance which it originally has and the retroreflective ability performance. <P>SOLUTION: The road marking paint comprises an aggregate having a photocatalytic function and a retroreflective body. Preferably, the aggregate having the photocatalytic function is formed by allowing an aggregate to carry an oxide having a photocatalytic function.
