PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular composite capable of preventing generation of play by permanent deformation even when it is left for a long time in a condition that load due to loading is applied, capable of being produced at a low cost, and capable of being used as a vibration-isolating roller or a vibration-isolating bush. SOLUTION: A first annular body 10 formed by a polymer material exhibiting high rigidity has a structure wherein a boss part 11 on an inner peripheral side is connected to an outer ring part 12 on an outer peripheral side through a plurality of flexible spoke shaped connection parts 13 and 14. A second annular body 20 formed by a foamed polymer material exhibiting lower rigidity intervenes between the boss part 11 and the outer ring part 12. The first annular body 10 hardly receives deformation, and the second annular body 20 formed by the foamed polymer material and exhibiting low rigidity rapidly restores even when receiving large deformation.
