PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling air-conditioner with outdoor equipment made compact by allowing a strainer and a capillary tube to be arranged in a portion of a space occupied by an outdoor heat exchanger, generating no cooling medium noises even under the conditions that a sufficiently supercooling degree is not reached on starting operation or during overload operation. SOLUTION: The outdoor heat exchanger 2 has the strainer 3 and the capillary tube 4 horizontally accommodated in a cut portion A of the outdoor heat exchanger 2 by cutting a heat exchanger tube 2b located at the lowermost end near the other side and a fin 2a perpendicular thereto located at a lower portion on the other side and connecting the strainer 3 and the capillary tube 4 to the cut opening of the heat exchanger tube 2b in sequence.
