SUBSTANCE: each participant gets paper with questions and variants of answers to these questions; messages with chosen variants of answers are received, and results of participants' answers are estimated immediately upon their reception for each work; along with stationary user terminals use is made of mobile monitors, which are distributed among participants by organizers, each having unique identifying number; each mobile monitor has processor, on-line storage, modem for porting into interactive competition organizing center, and keyboard; each display is divided into a number of areas; each of these areas has respective key on the keyboard.
