FIELD: machine engineering, possibly honing of openings. SUBSTANCE: honing head includes housing with lengthwise through grooves. Unclampable wedge is mounted in housing with possibility of moving along central opening and engaging with honing diamond blocks secured to shoes. Housing is polyhedral one and it has four pairs of guiding protrusions arranged at sides of lengthwise through grooves. Diamond blocks are rectangular ones and they are secured to shoes in pairs along axis of housing in distance overlapping windows on surface of honed opening. Unclampable wedge is in the form of truncated pyramid and it engages with shoes by means of wide wedge-shaped cleat. EFFECT: enhanced quality of honing, elimination of shearing of chrome coating around windows. 7 dwg |
