<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method, an image processor and an image forming device capable of fast and surely eliminating an isolated image part in a residual part other than an effective image part included in a processing target image having a predetermined base image part of a base color and an effective image part represented by residual effective image colors other than the base color. <P>SOLUTION: A total main scanning weight value calculating part 51 for calculating the total weight value based on the color of each pixel in each pixel line wherein a plurality of pixels are formed in a line in a predetermined main scanning direction with respect to the processing target image having the predetermined base image part of the base color and the effective image part represented by the residual effective image colors other than the base color, an unneeded line deciding part 54 for deciding whether a pixel line includes pixels constituting the effective image part on the basis of the calculated total weight value, and a color replacement processing part 55 for converting each pixel of the pixel line into the base color, when it is decided that the pixel line does not include the pixels constituting the effective image part, are included. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
