<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless bellows having improved fatigue strength and an accumulator with the bellows as well as a method of manufacturing a pipe suitable as a material for the bellows. <P>SOLUTION: The austenitic stainless bellows has an average crystal grain of 24-10μm. The accumulator comprises a cylindrical shell and the bellows for comparting the shell into an oil chamber and a gas chamber, the bellows being the bellows according to the present invention.
