摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a high-reliability rotary machine can be manufactured efficiently at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, cream solder is applied beforehand to a mutually touching portion between a riser portion 20 and an annular surge absorbing element 25, and a rotor 11 is conveyed in this state by a conveying equipment 32. On that occasion, an optical beam band is formed so as to extend along a conveyance locus of the touching part in a predetermined section on the conveyance locus. The optical beam band is made of a plurality of divided light sources 35a, 35b, 35c arranged along the conveyance locus of the touching part. The output of the divided light source 35a which is on the most conveying-in side is so set as to be relatively small in comparison to the outputs of the outer light sources 35b, 35c.
