PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic power supply control system simply installed that can allow the mobile communication apparatus to turn on its power supply and to make a speech on emergency even when the mobile communication apparatus is resident in a power OFF area and can realize power ON or power OFF of the mobile communication apparatus with a simple technology of recognizing from which transmitter a received signal is outputted. SOLUTION: The automatic power supply control system comprises: first and second transmitters 1, 2 installed at a doorway of a communication limit area; and a mobile phone 3. The mobile phone 3 comprises: a communication means that receives a first signal P1 sent from the first transmitter 1 and a second signal P2 sent from the second transmitter 2; a storage means that stores contents of the received signals; and a control means that applies ON/ OFF control to supply power to the communication means, and the control means automatically turn on/off the power supplied to the communication means when the communication means receives the first and second signals P1, P2 in a prescribed pattern.
