PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector which can prevent deformation and damage of a lock arm without bringing about obstacles in operating a pressure operating lever by providing a rear cover housing with a protection means to protect the pressure operating lever of the lock arm in a movable condition. SOLUTION: The connector with a lock structure is provided with a locking projection 13 set on an outside surface of a male housing 10, a lock arm 33 having a lock claw 35 engaging with the locking projection 13 on an outside surface of a female housing 20 through hinge-shaped leg parts 34, 34 capable of elastic deformation, and a pressure operating lever 36 at a back end part of the lock arm 33 extending backwards from the hinge-shaped leg parts 34, 34. Protection pillar bodies 50, 50 extending adjacently to both sides of the back end part of the pressure operating lever 36 of the lock arm 33 provided set in protrusion at a rear cover housing 22, and lock shoulder parts 51, 51 to control an upper limit of a range of movement of the pressure operating lever 36 is provided at an upper end of the protection pillar bodies 50, 50.
