PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity discharging device capable of stabilizing support for a PET bottle by means of lower and upper latches and reducing thickness of the device. SOLUTION: Between the lower latch 31 and the upper latch 38, a solenoid 51 for a driving mechanism 47 is arranged in their axial center positions. Both ends of a lower shaft 48 and an upper shaft 49 are engaged in both ends of the lower latch 31 and the upper latch 38, the middle parts of the lower shaft 48 and the upper shaft 49 are connected together by means of a connection body 50. The lower shaft 48 and the upper shaft 49 are moved with the connection body 50 by drive of the solenoid 51, and a driving force of the solenoid 51 is uniformly transmitted to the both ends of the lower latch 31 and the upper latch 38. By means of the driving mechanism 47, support of the PET bottle by the lower latch 31 and the upper latch 38 is stabilized. As the solenoid 51 is arranged between the lower latch 31 and the upper latch 38, the thickness of the device is reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
