PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating a grain state highly sensitively and simply. SOLUTION: In this method for evaluating the grain state, luminescence derived from a peroxidase of grains is measured in the coexistence of a peroxide and a luminescent reagent, and the grain state is evaluated using the luminescence as an index.
