FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with analysis of individual growth hormone status. One should carry out immunoassay of triple complex of insulin-similar growth factor IGF/IGFBR-3/ALS (150 kDa). Alternatively, a double complex may be determined. The method deals with capturing IGFBR- complex with one antibody connected with solid phase and detecting this complex with the second antibody connected with a label. Innovation, also, describes the kit of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies used for such an assay. The innovation increases the number of diagnostic means and methods applied in case of diseases associated with disorders of growth hormone metabolism and some other tumor pathologies.
