SUBSTANCE: vertical cylindrical reservoir has bottom, wall, double-deck floating roof with closure and water discharges and rolling ladder. Reservoir is provided with heating source for heating of internal cavities of hermetically sealed boxes of double-deck roof. Heating source has hot-water heater, supplying and discharge pipelines, heating units mounted in hermetically sealed boxes. Heaters connected to heating source are arranged at water discharges.
