<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory, a memory system, and an electronic equipment in which electric characteristics of a semiconductor memory are improved. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor memory 100 comprises a plurality of memory block regions 30, 32, 40, 42. One side of two memory block regions 30, 42 selected simultaneously is connected to a first power source line 50, the other side 42 is connected to a second power source line 52.
