PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable heater with a secondary battery, preventing the repetition of charge in a fully charged condition. SOLUTION: Unless a predetermined time passes immediately after completing the first charge, the recharge of the secondary battery can be prevented. Thus, even when a user who wants to ascertain again that the charge is completed removes a body 50 once from charging means 54 and mounts it on the charging means 54 at once again, the recharge is prevented and so the user has no distrust.
