PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hands-free speech system that can facilitate handling of each of a plurality of mobile phones when the mobile phones are brought into a vehicle to make hands-free speeches. SOLUTION: When the mobile phone 4 makes wireless communication with other mobile phones 5, 6 through Bluetooth communication sections 18, 21, 22 when a hands-free speech is made available through a hands-free speech unit 3 mounted on a vehicle 2 to set the mobile phones 4, 5 to a drive mode.
