PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the driving sensitivity of each coil by arranging each coil of a focus coil, a tracking coil and a tilt coil so as not to be lapped in the direction of magnetic flux of a magnetic gap part, and making almost the same the distance from the magnet front face to each coil. SOLUTION: A lens holder 20 provided with an objective lens 10 is movably held between a pair of magnets 50 and 50 through six electrically conductive elastic bodies (elastic support materials) 70. The focus coil 61 is formed by winding around the side circumferential surface of the lens holder 20 so that the coil axis direction is parallelized with the optical axis direction of the objective lens 10. A pair of tracking coils 62 and 62 are provided on both side surfaces of the tracking direction of the lens holder 20, respectively, so that the coil axis direction is parallelized with a tracking direction. A pair of tilt coils 63 and 63 are provided on the upper surface or the lower surface of the lens holder 20 so that the coil axis direction is parallelized with the optical axis direction of the objective lens 10.
