PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device allowing the exact detection of tracking-deviation. SOLUTION: By detecting the tracking-deviation in such a manner that a tracking error signal inputted to a low-pass filter 19 provided on a preceding stage of a tracking loop filter 110 is used as an input of a tracking-deviation detecting part 111, the tracking-deviation is exactly detectable since an input amplitude of the tracking-deviation detecting part 111 is not deteriorated even when a frequency of the tracking error signal is increased due to the tracking- deviation.
