GENIC NETWORK DISPLAY METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genic network display method allowing the easily grasping of the present of an operon formed of two or more genes. SOLUTION: This device comprises a position information memory 2 for storing the position information showing the position on chromosome of each gene in order to network-display the control relation between a controlling-side gene and a controlled-side gene on a display device 7; a control relation information memory 4 for storing the control relation information of each gene; and an arrangement position generating means 5 for determining, from the position information, to annularly arrange the arrangement information showing the display position coordinate on the display device 7 of each gene while reflecting the position on the chromosome of each gene. On the basis of the output from the arrangement position generating means 5 and the control relation information, a genic network showing the control relation between the controlling-side gene and the controlled-side gene is displayed on the display device 7 by use of dots and lines.
