PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document-to-document relativity calculation method and device allowing the former of a document to precisely evaluate the actual relativity between documents even when an intentional operation. SOLUTION: This document-to-document relativity calculation method for determining the relativity between two documents with respect to a document containing hyperlink information showing another related document comprises extracting the hyperlink information from the respective documents, determining, on the basis of the extracted hyperlink information, a first relativity at least one of between the two documents, between document groups including the two documents, or between the document and the document group including the two document, and determining, on the basis of the determined first relativity, a second relativity at least one of between the two documents, between the document groups including the two documents, and between the document and the document group including the two documents.
