PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with positioning control with monitor by providing a positioning projection on the outer surface of a stator body. SOLUTION: The stator for the rotation detector is structured by forming at least one positioning projection (10) on the outer surface (1a) of the stator body (1) and making the positioning projection (10) and the rotation detection signal position agree.
