PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly grasp remaining length of a long member. SOLUTION: A display is arranged in a sending means of soft and long member 1 with known total length and indicates the sent amount or remaining length of the long member 1. Digit indicators 15 and 16 for sent amount and remaining length and a graph indicator 17 indicating the ratio of the sent amount or the remaining length to the total length are provided.
