FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: the device has a rope haulage, whose one end is connected to the door leaf, and the other - through pulleys to the drive for door closing, having a braking means. It also has a damper attached by means of a bracket to the frame above the aperture for direct engagement with the door leaf through a soft base. The damper is made in the form of a sleeve mounted on the bracket, having two cylindrical surfaces with transition of the larger diameter through an entry bevel to the smaller diameter. A rod is positioned inside the sleeve, it is spring-loaded relative to the sleeve bottom. Enlarged washers, decreased washers and elastic washers are installed on the rod. The front end of the elastic washers rest on the enlarged washers, and from the other end they are tightened by the decreased washers with formation of plate-shaped elastic washers, with the cone facing forward. The plate-shaped washers are formed for engagement by their edges with sleeve transient surfaces alternately. During motion of the rod and engagement of the edges with the cylinder surfaces friction arises, which counteracts the impact loads at engagement of the door leaf with the rod.
