摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily generate recycled liquid developer which is supplied after liquid developer remaining after use is readjusted to a proper concentration. SOLUTION: Liquid developer recovered from a developing part changes in concentration and returns to a toner adjustment tank through a recovery pump 4. The liquid developer adjusted to target concentration here is reused through a supply pump 3 in order to be adjusted to the optimum concentration and recycled. Therefore, according to the detected concentration of the recovered liquid developer, high concentration liquid developer or liquid carrier is supplied to adjust it to a predetermined concentration. The supply of the high concentration liquid developer or liquid carrier is controlled by changing an amount of the supply per unit time based upon a difference between the concentration sensor output and the target concentration.
