PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting frame structure requiring no ceiling reinforcing member. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner comprises an air-conditioner body, a duct connection port, and a mounting frame connected with the duct connection port, the mounting frame being served as a reinforcing member opened to a ceiling and arranged on the reverse of a mounting portion on which the air- conditioner is mounted. The mounting frame 3 of the air-conditioner A is installed on the reverse side of the ceiling 7 and fixed to the ceiling 7 with screws 5. The duct connection port 2 of the air-conditioner A is fixed to the mounting frame 3 with screws 4. The air-conditioner body 1 is fixed to the mounting frame 3 across the ceiling 7 with screws 6.
