PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable film that gas excellent transparency and flexibility and can be formed by a T-die extruder. SOLUTION: A three-component biodegradable resin composition comprising (A) 35-65 wt.% of an aliphatic-aromatic polyester-based resin mainly comprising a polycondensate between dicarboxylic acid components including an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and diol components including an aliphatic diol, (B) 25-50 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester-based resin mainly comprising a polycondensate between a dicarboxylic acid component comprising an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a diol component comprising an aliphatic diol and (C) 4-20 wt.% of a biodegradable plasticizer is extruded through a T-die extruder onto a cast roll to form the film.
