PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information-distributing apparatus that records a broadcast program as the acting operator of a navigation terminal apparatus, and sends the broadcast program to the navigation terminal apparatus in addition to the distribution of road information. SOLUTION: The information-distributing apparatus distributes information to a navigation terminal apparatus, and comprises a storage region that is exclusively used for each navigation terminal apparatus and stores point information that can be distributed to the navigation terminal apparatus, a storage means for allowing a broadcast program specified by the navigation terminal apparatus according to a request from the navigation terminal apparatus to be stored into the storage region exclusively used for the navigation terminal apparatus, a read means for reading the stored broadcast program according to the request from the navigation terminal apparatus, and a transmission means for transmitting the read broadcast program.
