PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable radio terminal equipment and a portable radio system capable of receiving a program for version-up grade. SOLUTION: This portable radio terminal 10 is provided with a control part which transmits the machine kind information and the version information of the program extracted from a storage part through a radio base station 20 to an external server 40 or a center 30 when receiving the communication request of machine kind information and the version information of a program from the external server 40 or the center 30 through the radio base station 20.
