PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for an exterior wall having excellent design properties and being composed of a metallic material and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the decorative sheet for the exterior wall composed of a steel sheet, in which joint grooves are formed to a surface and which has a surface section partitioned and formed by the joint grooves, irregular sections having the difference of unevenness are formed to the surface section, and the whole region from the region of the highest projecting section to the region of the lowest recessed section is partitioned in a contour line shape by solid- pattern colored layers having different color tones while either pattern colored layer of a linear, dotted or latticed shape is formed in a region continuously connected to the region of the highest projecting section by a color tone in the region of the highest projecting section from the region of the highest projecting section.
